The 5 Senses Garden is an initiative of Inner West Neighbour Aid and the City of Canada Bay

Inner West Neighbour Aid runs programs and projects to help older people and people with disability stay independent, healthy and socially connected. Active in the local community since 1992, we value community spirit, creating long term relationships and making a positive difference to our clients’ lives. Our small team of professional staff work closely with 150 amazing volunteers who give their time and skills to support our 700 clients living in Sydney’s Inner West.

About Natalie

Natalie joined Inner West Neighbour Aid to bring together her background in social work and her love of gardening. She has worked in community mental health for over seven years and completed a Certificate III in Horticulture as an extension of her passion for gardening and plants. She also took part in a therapeutic horticulture course. Natalie loves nature and going for walks in her area, admiring all the gardens as she goes, hoping that one day she will have a garden of her own to go wild in.
